Loeki S. Putera graduated from the University of Indonesia. From 1977 to 1998, she worked with several banks in Indonesia, in various senior executive positions.

She joined Barito Pacific Group in August 1998 and in August 2002 was appointed President Director of PT Chandra Asri. She became the President Director of PT Barito Pacific Tbk in December 2007.
 

Agus Salim Pangestu graduated from Boston College, UnitedStates of America, with a Bachelors degree in Economics Science and Business Administration in 1994. He began his career in 1993 at Linkage Human Resources Management.

He was employed by Merrill Lynch, USA, as a Financial Analyst in 1995 before joining Barito Pacific Group in July 1997.Agus was appointed Director of PT Barito Pacific Tbk in June 1998 and he has been the Vice President Director of the Company since June 2002.

Henky Susanto began his career in 1977 at PT Dresser Magcobar Indonesia with latest position as Chief Accountant. In 1991, he joined Barito Pacific Group as a General Manager of Finance.

Henky was appointed as Director of the Company in June 2003.

Salwati joined Barito Pacific Group in 1988 with the latest position as a General Manager of the Legal Department.

She was then appointed Director of the Company in June 2003. Currently, she is also hold the position as Corporate Secretary.
 

Simon Simansjah graduated from the Institute of Information System in Montreal, Canada with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science.  He began his career at Barito Pacific Group in 1986 as a Marketing Staff, and was appointed General Manager of Marketing in 1995.

He has been a Director of the Company since June 2002.
